Our Rates And Specials

Our Fully Inclusive rates cover accommodation and three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) per person per night. Guests can choose two daily activities from a range that includes Horse Riding, Game Drives, Guided bushwalks, Archery, and Air Rifle Target Shooting. Please note that horse riding is limited to one out ride per person per day, with a weight limit of 85 kg per rider.

Beverages, laundry services, or other personal expenses are for the guest’s account. Activities such as Clay Target and Rifle Shooting incur additional charges for cartridges, clays, and gun usage. Guests are encouraged to check the specifics of inclusions and exclusions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Check-in time is at 13:00, and check-out time is at 10:00. We recommend adhering to these times to facilitate a smooth transition for our guests and ensure everyone enjoys their scheduled activities and experiences.

Children under 4 years stay free of charge when sharing their parent’s room. For children aged 4–12, an applicable child rate applies when sharing with two full-paying parents. Children over 12 years pay the 3rd adult rate when sharing with two full-paying parents or the full adult rate if accommodated in a separate suite. Up to two extra beds can be added to our spacious suites. Babysitting services are available at an additional cost, and horse riding for children under 12 requires prior arrangement.

To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit of the accommodation cost is required. Full pre-payment is necessary 14 days before the confirmed arrival date. Bookings will be automatically released if these conditions are not met. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee. Specific cancellation charges are as follows: 25% of the total invoice if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, 50% if cancelled less than 20 days before arrival, and 100% if cancelled less than 15 days before arrival.
